Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (e.g., Free for orders over $50, otherwise $5.99)
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (e.g., $15.00)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Aether Loom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
